Prof. Dr. Carmen Bachmann

Prof. Dr. Carmen Bachmann is a full professor for Business Administration and Taxation at the Leipzig University. She obtained her doctorate and habilitation at the University of Augsburg. Since 2008, Prof. Bachmann is a German Certified Tax Advisor. After research stays at the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies and at the Waseda University in Japan, she received her professorship in 2013. To help refugee scientists and academics, she founded Chance for Science in September 2015.
